This was the first time I cooked flank steak and was not disappointed. Could have used a little bit more flavor but was good. Would make again with a little more seasoning.

Would this be considered rare meat? Dietitian comment: Medium rare--but cook longer if desired. Well-done is not recommended for this cut of beef.
